Sitting down and writing articles and blog posts are not always as easy as they seem. More times than not even when you are an experienced author you can run into what they call «writers block». To break yourself free of this mental breakdown, all you really have to do is search for the right angle. By asking yourself the following 7 questions, you will find yourself darting off in enough areas for you to write for days. 1. What keywords is your target market currently searching for? Do a quick Google search on your particular industry. Start with the most search or sought after terms or keywords. 2. What is new and relevant to your specific market or industry? Finding out what is new to your market can save you tons of time. It really does not take much to share your opinion on new and popular stories. 3. What can you share that will allow others who are in your industry to identify with you? Share important stories or events that will let others know that you are one of them. Sit down and write a review. 4. What information can you pass on that will provide additional benefits to your industry or market? Maybe you just watched a new video that explains how to build a web page easier than ever before. Maybe you just got back from some special event where you learned how to back flip off a coconut tree. Make sure to share the knowledge that will be perceived to add value to your market. 5. What is are the most common question or problem your industry or market encounter? Visit some of the most popular forums for your market. If you start to see a common question pop up over and over, then you should find the answer and write about it. 6. What new video explains it better than you have ever heard before? Troll around YouTube for recent videos and collect ideas for topics if you have none. 7. What new books have you read lately that could benefit your market? Search your local bookstore and library for books on your specific industry. Asking yourself these questions will provide small windows for your imagination to run and write topics about. Take particular notice that some of these questions revolve around you allowing you to share your personal touch. Plus by asking yourself these questions on a regular basis, you can now start to provide answers to the many who will be asking them later. Once again, this process will build you to be a valuable source to your industry.
